Titanium alloy heat resistant tube refers to the titanium alloy titanium tube suitable for long-term operation at higher temperature. It has a strong transient and durable strength throughout the operating temperature range; it has elevated anisotropy, excellent creep resistance and excellent thermal stability at room temperature. It should have excellent fatigue resistance at room temperature and elevated temperature. Mainly used in the manufacture of compressor disc, blade, intake gate and aircraft structural parts. Heat-resistant titanium alloy titanium tubes have been used in solution strengthening α-β type and almost α-type titanium tubes.
The α-β Titanium Tubing, which can work for a long time below 500℃, contains a lot of α-stable elements, with aluminum equivalent of more than 6%. The addition of an appropriate amount of β-stable elements makes the titanium alloys have not only high instantaneous strength, but also sufficient plasticity at elevated temperature. Our typical titanium alloys are TC4/ TC6 and TC11. α type heat-resistant titanium alloy titanium tube which works under 500℃ for a long time all contain a tiny amount of α stable element. The aluminum equivalent is nearly above 7%, and the alloy has additional α phase in the equilibrium state. Therefore, these titanium alloys have higher creep resistance and better fatigue and fracture toughness above 500℃.
Carrier gas (oxygen after purification, into the high-frequency furnace, the sample in the combustion furnace through oxygen oxidation at elevated temperature, so that the carbon and sulfur in the sample oxidized to CO2, CO and SO2, the generated oxides through the dust removal and water purification device is loaded into the sulfur detection tank by oxygen. Thereafter, the mixed gas containing CO2, CO, SO2 and O2 enters the heated catalyst furnace together, in the catalyst furnace through the catalytic conversion of CO→CO2, SO2→SO3, the mixed gas enters the sulfur removal reagent tube, and is introduced into the carbon detection tank for carbon determination. The residual gas is discharged to the outside by the analyzer.
