After the pipeline is installed, we need to carry out the pressurization test and air tightness test on the pipeline, because only after these tests on the pipeline can our pipeline be used properly. Today, we HDPE pipe manufacturers will share with you.

1. Pressurization experiment:

(1) After the pipeline is filled with water, close the main valve, and the water equipment must be cut off from the pipeline. Slowly boost the pressure on the pipeline. In the process of boosting the pressure, open a higher head to release air, and the pressure boost time is more than 10min.

614d4aa058411b6ac62f78e9a6fb4ae4(2) The experimental pressure is multi-storey room (0.6-1mpa) and tall-rise room (0.8-1.2mpa). After the pressure rises to the specified value, stabilize the pressure for 30-60min, and observe whether the pressure drops and whether the joint leaks.

(3) The pressure does not drop after 30-60min. Within the specified experimental pressure numerical standard, the pressure drop within 10min does not exceed 0.05mpa, which is considered qualified.

2. Gas tightness test: (gas pipe)

(1) U-table water injection 700-900min on the main gas valve.

(2) Open the main valve, and close the main valve after the U-shaped water column is stable. If there is no shift in the U-shaped water column after 15min, it is qualified.

(3) If the gas does not pass, the blowing method can be used for testing.
