L6207_ dual full bridge driver adopts PWM current controller

The L6207 device is a DMOS dual bridge designed for motor control applications and implemented using BCD technology, which combines isolated DMOS power transistors with CMOS and bipolar circuits on the same chip. The unit also includes two independent PWM current controllers with constant turn-off time for performing chopper regulation. The L6207 devices come in PowerSO36 and SO24 (20+2+2) packages with non-dissipative overcurrent protection and thermal shutdown capabilities on high-voltage side power MOSFET.
